Frank Müller appointed Independent Board Member of Joyson Safety Systems

(2018.09.21)Auburn Hills, MI USA –Joyson Safety Systems; a leading global supplier of mobility safety systems such as airbags, seatbelts, steering wheels, electronic safety systems and child restraints; announced on September 20th the appointment of Mr. Frank Müller as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Joyson Safety Systems as of September 1st.

Mr. Müller has a long and distinguished career in the automotive supply industry. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the German supplier of antivibration systems Vibracoustics GmbH, Darmstadt. Before joining Vibracoustics in 2015 he was Vice President and General Manager of TRW Automotive´s Global Occupant Safety Systems Division. From 1996 to 2009 he held various management positions at Behr GmbH & Co. KG a systems supplier of automotive air-conditioning and engine cooling. Between 1998 and 2009 he was located in Detroit, initially as CFO and from 2004 to 2009 as President and CEO of the North American subsidiary Behr America. Frank Müller began his career in 1991 as an associate at strategy consultant Roland Berger & Partner GmbH.

Mr. Müller holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from ESB Business School, Reutlingen (Germany) and Middlesex University, London (United Kingdom).
