    In 2010, together with the Preh Group in Germany, Joyson Electronics established a joint venture called Ningbo Preh Joyson Automotive Electronics Co. Then in June 2011, it successfully acquired the Preh Group in a deal which has been widely viewed as one of the top 10 overseas merger-acquisitions by a Chinese company that year.
